Juara Holding Group, the team behind Lombok Seaplane, is an independent charter broker and travel concierge — not an airline, not an AOC holder, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of Santai Seaplane, Seaplane Asia or PT Wisarada Sapanta Utama. Every duration, fare and route on this site is an operator-published indicative figure dated September 2026, subject to change and reconfirmation before booking.
Who runs lombokseaplane.com?
This website is published and maintained by Juara Holding Group, founded in 2015 and based in Bali and Labuan Bajo. Juara Holding Group arranges seaplane charter quotes, ground transfers, resort bookings and itinerary planning for Lombok, Mandalika, Senggigi and the wider Rinjani region on behalf of travelers. It does not own or operate any aircraft, does not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and does not employ pilots, cabin crew or maintenance staff. Every seaplane flight arranged through this site is flown by a licensed third-party operator under its own AOC and Ministry of Transport approvals.
Is Juara Holding Group affiliated with Santai Seaplane or any airline?
No. As of 18 September 2026, the amphibious operator publicly marketing the South Bali to Lombok seaplane route is Santai Seaplane (PT Santai Seaplane Aviation, part of Seaplane Asia Group, established in Indonesia in 2024, with its first Bali office opened 8 April 2026 at Simpang Siur Square, Denpasar). Flights are stated to operate under Indonesian partner AOC PT Wisarada Sapanta Utama, AOC 135-067, or another carrier advised at the time of quotation. Juara Holding Group is not an agent, franchisee, reseller of record, or corporate affiliate of Santai Seaplane, Seaplane Asia, PT Wisarada Sapanta Utama, or any other airline named or referenced on this site. Naming an operator on this page is for factual reference only and does not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
How accurate are the durations, routes and prices shown on this site?
All figures below are taken from operator-published route pages captured on 18 September 2026. Seaplane charters are billed for the whole aircraft (up to eight guests), not per individual seat, and airport fees plus tax are added separately. Prices change without notice — always request a written quote before making travel plans.
| Route | Indicative duration | Indicative price (Sep 2026) | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| South Bali (Ngurah Rai) to Lombok Airport (LOP) | About 24 minutes | Full charter around Rp 33,345,456 one way, plus roughly Rp 17,550,240 airport fees and Rp 6,142,584 tax | Published, quote to reconfirm |
| Scenic flight over Bali | About 40 minutes | Around Rp 5,484,450 per guest before fees, full charter near Rp 43.9 million | Published, quote to reconfirm |

| Mount Rinjani scenic overflight | Not published (listed without tariff) | Not published | Quote-only, overflight only |
Do not rely on any figure that is not shown in the table above or confirmed in writing by the operator at the time of booking. If you see a price elsewhere that differs from the operator’s own current quotation, treat the operator’s written confirmation as final.
Are Mandalika, Senggigi and south-coast water landings guaranteed?
No. Mandalika, in the Kuta and Pujut subdistrict of Central Lombok, is listed among the Ministry of Transportation’s priority seaplane locations in the operator’s own 2026 materials, alongside Menjangan, Labuan Bajo, Derawan, Kupang, Raja Ampat, Lake Toba and Riau. As of September 2026, no source available to Juara Holding Group documents an operational water landing at Mandalika, Senggigi or any south Lombok bay; the currently published Lombok product lands at Lombok International Airport (LOP), roughly 20 to 30 minutes by road from Kuta Mandalika via the Mandalika Bypass. Regional reporting (Inside Lombok, Detik and Antara, 2026) has described a proposed seaplane hub near Bendungan Batujai in Central Lombok, and Kompas and Tribun have reported community opposition to seaplane, glamping and cable-car proposals inside the Mount Rinjani Geopark, where no landings occur inside Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani. Treat every water-landing site other than LOP as reported or proposed, not confirmed. Any water landing anywhere in Indonesia additionally requires site-specific regulatory clearance, shoreline separation checks and operator pre-arrival approval, and availability is never guaranteed until the operator confirms it in writing.
Is anything on this site legal, financial or investment advice?
No. References on this site to the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK Mandalika, managed by PT ITDC), its investment incentives, infrastructure financing or development timeline are provided as general background only. Juara Holding Group is not a licensed financial adviser, tax consultant, lawyer or investment adviser, and nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation to invest, purchase property, or enter any transaction connected to KEK Mandalika or seaplane infrastructure. Speak to a licensed Indonesian legal and financial professional before making any investment decision.
How does Lombok Seaplane handle your personal data?
Juara Holding Group processes the personal data you share through this site (name, WhatsApp number, email address, passport or ID details needed for a manifest, and trip preferences) in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU No. 27/2022 (UU PDP). We collect only what is needed to prepare a quote, confirm a booking or answer an inquiry, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
- Purpose of use — preparing charter quotes, coordinating with the licensed operator and ground partners, and following up on your inquiry.
- Sharing — your name and manifest details are shared only with the operator and partners directly involved in fulfilling your trip, as required for flight manifests and immigration or ID matching.
- Retention — inquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed for the trip and any applicable record-keeping period, then deleted or anonymized on request.
- International visitors — if you are contacting us from the European Union or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law (such as the GDPR), we aim to honor equivalent rights of access, correction and deletion on a best-efforts basis, alongside our obligations under UU PDP.
- Your rights — you may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to the contact channels below.
A domestic Bali to Lombok seaplane leg does not involve immigration control, but the name on your identification or passport must match the flight manifest exactly, so double-check spelling when you send us your details.
What are the booking and liability terms?
Juara Holding Group’s role is limited to arranging quotes, itineraries and logistics; the contract of carriage for any seaplane flight is between you and the operating airline under its own conditions of carriage, safety rules and cancellation policy. Juara Holding Group does not guarantee flight departure times, weather-dependent operation, water-landing approval, or seat or aircraft availability, all of which rest with the operator and relevant Indonesian authorities. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or losses arising from operator decisions, weather, regulatory action or force majeure. Visa requirements for foreign visitors (e-VOA or VOA at IDR 500,000 for 30 days, extendable once to 60 days, or 30-day visa-free entry for eligible nationalities, correct as of 17 September 2026) and the Bali tourism levy of IDR 150,000 remain the traveler’s own responsibility to complete before or on arrival.
