Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Lombok Seaplane (lombokseaplane.com) is operated by Juara Holding Group as an independent booking agent, not an aircraft operator. Every flight is performed by a licensed Indonesian AOC holder under its own conditions of carriage, and these terms explain how quotations, payments, cancellations and liability work between you, JHG and that operator, effective from 18 September 2026.

What Does JHG Actually Do When You Book a Lombok Seaplane Flight?

Juara Holding Group (JHG), established 2015 in Bali and Labuan Bajo, holds no Air Operator Certificate and owns no aircraft. When you request a Bali–Lombok seaplane charter, a Mandalika-area transfer or a Rinjani scenic flight through this site, JHG relays your request to a licensed Indonesian AOC operator, negotiates the quotation on your behalf, and coordinates ground logistics — resort transfers, boat connections, itinerary sequencing. JHG is not an official partner, agent or affiliate of any named operator; it is a broker arranging services with vetted, licensed partners. For nationwide route context and how seaplane charter works across Indonesia, see indonesiaseaplane.com; for a dedicated multi-operator booking desk, see bookseaplane.com.

Who Operates the Aircraft, and Whose Terms Govern the Flight?

The flight itself — the aircraft, crew, weight and balance decisions, and go/no-go call — is governed entirely by the operating carrier’s own conditions of carriage under its Indonesian AOC, issued and supervised by the Ministry of Transportation and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). JHG does not set safety standards, does not decide whether a flight departs, and cannot override an operator’s decision to delay, reroute or cancel for airworthiness or regulatory reasons. By booking through this site you agree that the operator’s conditions of carriage, not JHG’s internal policy, control matters of safety, boarding, baggage and in-flight conduct.

How Are Quotations, Pricing and Payment Handled?

Because seaplane charter in this market is sold as a whole-aircraft product rather than individual seats, every quotation JHG sends is specific to your date, route and passenger count, and is valid only for the period stated in that quotation — typically a short window, since operator pricing changes without notice. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); airport fees and applicable tax are itemised separately from the base charter fee, as shown below using a published route as an illustration.

Line item What it covers Notes
Charter fee Full aircraft for the route and duration quoted Whole-aircraft, not per-seat
Airport fees Departure/arrival airport charges for the group Itemised separately, capacity-linked
Tax Applicable government tax on the charter Added to the charter and fee total
Ground logistics (optional) Transfers, resort or boat coordination JHG arranges Quoted separately by JHG

A confirmed booking requires payment as instructed in your specific quotation; JHG does not hold funds on the operator’s behalf beyond what is needed to secure your slot, and any deposit or full-payment requirement is stated before you commit. Figures such as route durations and indicative fares referenced elsewhere on this site are dated and subject to change — always request a current quotation rather than relying on a previously published number.

What Happens If You Need to Cancel or Change Your Flight?

Cancellation, date-change and refund handling is set by the operating carrier, and JHG relays that operator’s terms rather than inventing its own cancellation schedule. In practice this means:

Situation How it is handled
You request a change or cancellation JHG submits it to the operator and relays whatever fee, penalty or refund position the operator applies under its own terms
Operator cancels for weather, technical or regulatory reasons JHG relays the operator’s rebooking or refund offer; JHG does not independently guarantee a replacement flight
A quoted water-landing site cannot be used on the day JHG relays the operator’s alternative (typically the confirmed airport arrival) and any resulting fee adjustment
Dispute over a charge Raised first with JHG, which escalates to the operator for resolution under the operator’s published conditions

JHG does not publish a fixed percentage cancellation scale because that scale belongs to the operator and can differ by route, season and aircraft availability; your quotation or the operator’s own terms are the authoritative source at the time of booking.

What About Weather, Weight Limits and Water-Landing Sites?

No route, schedule or specific water-landing site is guaranteed. Amphibious seaplane operations depend on the operator’s daily airworthiness and weather assessment, and any landing site beyond a certified airport — including a bay, lake or coastal site — requires the operator’s own regulatory approval, shoreline clearance and pre-arrival checks before it can be used. As of this writing, published Lombok seaplane routes land at Lombok International Airport (LOP); a dedicated water-landing site in the Mandalika area has not been documented as operational, and any change will be reflected in the operator’s own materials before JHG can confirm it. Aircraft cabin weight limits and total passenger counts are set by the operator per aircraft type and enforced at check-in; JHG relays these limits in your quotation but cannot waive them.

What Data Do We Collect, and How Is It Protected?

To process a quotation and booking, JHG collects the information necessary to relay your request to an operator: name, contact details, passenger count, and identity details (passport or ID) required to match a domestic manifest. This is handled in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Law No. 27 of 2022), which governs how personal data is collected, stored and shared within Indonesia. For visitors booking from the European Economic Area or other regions with their own data-protection regimes, JHG applies the same data-minimisation approach as a matter of practice — collecting only what a booking requires and sharing it only with the operator needed to fulfil your flight — though JHG is not a GDPR-regulated entity by default and does not represent itself as one. Data is shared with the relevant operator and, where used, payment or logistics partners, and is not sold to third parties.

What Are the Limits of JHG’s Liability?

JHG’s role is coordination and booking, not flight operation, and its liability is limited accordingly. JHG is not responsible for flight delay, cancellation, injury, loss or damage arising from the operation of the aircraft itself — those matters fall under the operating carrier’s liability regime and insurance as an Indonesian AOC holder. JHG’s liability, where it arises, is limited to the booking and coordination service it provided directly. JHG is not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser, and nothing on this site constitutes such advice.

Which Law Governs These Terms, and How Do We Handle Disputes?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from a booking made through lombokseaplane.com is first raised directly with JHG for resolution; where a dispute concerns the flight itself, it is referred to the operating carrier under its own conditions of carriage and Indonesian aviation regulation.
