Lombok Seaplane Privacy Policy

Lombok Seaplane Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Juara Holding Group, the independent charter broker behind lombokseaplane.com, collects and handles the names, contact details and passport information guests submit through WhatsApp or email when requesting a Lombok seaplane quote, and confirms that data is shared only with the licensed operator, resort or transfer partner needed to complete that specific booking. It is effective as of 18 September 2026 and applies to every visitor who browses this site or contacts the concierge desk.

Who Operates lombokseaplane.com?

lombokseaplane.com is published and operated by Juara Holding Group (JHG), established 2015 and based in Bali and Labuan Bajo. JHG is an independent charter broker and travel concierge. It holds no Air Operator Certificate, flies no aircraft, and is not an official partner, agent or affiliate of Santai Seaplane, Seaplane Asia Group, or any airline or aircraft operator named on this site. JHG’s role is to collect a guest’s requirements, request quotes from licensed operators, and coordinate resort, boat and ground logistics around a confirmed flight. Because of this broker role, any data a guest shares to get a quote is passed on to a third party only when needed to deliver that quote or booking, as described below.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

When a guest reaches us by WhatsApp (6281139414563), email (bd@juaraholding.com), or a form on this site, we may collect: full name, phone number and email address; travel dates and party size; passport number, nationality and passport expiry date once a specific flight is being booked; hotel or resort name for pickup coordination; and any preference or health note a guest volunteers (for example, a weight declaration relevant to a small-aircraft manifest). We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank account details or passwords through chat; any deposit or payment instruction is handled through the operator’s or our own invoicing channel, never typed into a WhatsApp thread by us.

Why Do We Collect Passport Details?

Indonesian air operators are required to submit a passenger manifest before departure, matching each traveller’s ID or passport to the flight record, consistent with the One Person One Visa and arrival-document rules in force for domestic and international travel in 2026. We collect passport details only once a guest is committing to a specific charter date, not at the initial inquiry stage, and we forward that information only to the operator confirmed for that flight.

Who Receives Your Data?

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with the parties required to deliver the service requested.

Data Type Purpose Shared With
Name, phone, email Respond to quote request, send itinerary Kept by JHG; not shared unless a booking proceeds
Passport number, nationality, expiry Passenger manifest for a confirmed flight Licensed seaplane operator handling that route (for example the AOC holder listed on the confirmed booking)
Hotel or resort name, pickup time Ground and boat transfer coordination Resort concierge or transfer partner named in the itinerary
Payment reference (invoice number only) Confirm deposit or balance received Operator’s or JHG’s own finance record; card numbers are never collected by JHG
Weight, mobility or dietary note (if volunteered) Aircraft load planning, guest comfort Operator’s flight-planning team only

Every recipient in the table above is a licensed operator, resort or transfer partner directly involved in fulfilling the guest’s own booking. We do not pass data to marketing lists, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

Retention periods differ by data type, so we keep only what a booking, tax record or safety requirement demands.

Record Typical Retention Reason
Quote inquiry that did not convert to a booking Up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized Follow-up on an active travel plan
Confirmed booking (name, contact, itinerary) Duration of the trip plus up to 5 years Indonesian tax and accounting record-keeping
Passport and manifest data Deleted from our records once the flight has departed and any post-flight dispute window has closed, typically within 90 days Data minimization; the operator’s own manifest archive is governed by its own policy
WhatsApp chat log Retained while the number remains an active contact thread; archived or deleted on guest request Continuity of concierge service

A guest can request earlier deletion at any time; see the contact section below.

Do We Use Cookies and Analytics?

The site uses standard analytics cookies to understand which pages guests read and whether a page loads correctly on mobile. These cookies do not capture passport numbers or booking details, only browsing behavior such as page views and approximate location by country. A guest can block or delete cookies through their browser settings; doing so does not prevent WhatsApp or email contact, since those channels operate outside the website’s cookie system.

What Are Your Rights Under Indonesia’s UU PDP?

Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP) gives every data subject the right to know what personal data is held about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion once the purpose for collection has ended, to withdraw consent for further processing, and to object to certain uses of their data. JHG, as the data controller for information collected on this site, will respond to a written request sent to bd@juaraholding.com within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm in writing once a deletion or correction is complete.

What About GDPR for International Visitors?

Guests inquiring from the European Union, United Kingdom or other jurisdictions with equivalent data-protection law should know that JHG processes data under the legal basis of contract performance (fulfilling a quote or booking request) or legitimate interest (responding to an inquiry). International guests retain the same practical rights described above — access, correction, deletion and objection — and may direct any GDPR-specific request to bd@juaraholding.com, referencing the applicable regulation so it can be handled under the correct framework.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

Chat and email threads are kept on access-controlled devices used by the JHG concierge desk. We do not store passport images or manifest data in public-facing systems, and we do not publish guest names, photos or trip details without separate, explicit permission. No online system is completely immune to compromise, and JHG cannot guarantee absolute security, but data is limited to what each booking stage actually requires, consistent with the retention table above.

How Can You Contact Us or Request Changes?

For any question about this policy, or to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, contact the JHG concierge desk on WhatsApp at 6281139414563 or by email at bd@juaraholding.com. Include your name and approximate inquiry or booking date so the correct record can be located.
